Quizzes will be posted this weekend. Majority did great. I will also be posting the Benchmark Test from the first half of the year. This is not a graded assignment, but represents the curriculum material from the year. I will be putting a short narrative on Pinnacle explaining a little more details.
Vocabulary from Chapter 14.1 plus the word Continental Deflection should be in your IAN. Today we took notes. Your homework is to study for the test next Friday. Reread Chapter 14.1 and then read about currents and waves. You should study the Ocean Floor, Water Cycle and Currents. Next week we will study Tides and Waves. If you wait till next Thursday to study, it will be too late.
OL - Water Cycle Placemats were due today. 11 students did not turn them in. We had 2 days in class plus the rest of this week at home. They need to be turned in on Monday.
The Simpson Spaghetti Dinner is back!!

Your Simpson Foundation is busy planning a wonderful dinner for you and your family. Come take a night off from cooking and join your Simpson family for the Spaghetti Dinner and Auction. Dinner and dessert will be served by the famous "Chef Luigi" who will be making his very own spaghetti sauce. You'll also be treated to a showcase of the students' academic work.
At 7:30, the raffle/auction begins which will feature items from around the community as well as special activities such as teachers/students movie theater show and teachers/students bowling nights. The cost is $5 per person. Pay at the door.
