Math 6: Finish p.309 in the worktext, if you did not finish it in class. Quiz tomorrow on benchmarks and conversion in the metric system.

Math 6/7: Finish the worksheet and be prepared for a quiz on similar figures. Unit test will be Thurs. Feb 2.

Math 6/7: We worked on indirect measurement by measuring shadows outside of the school. Homework is p. 221-222 in the worktext. The tennis project has been delayed until Thurs. because of the band concert.

Math 6: Symmetry unit test tomorrow. Study session at 8:30. Study the notes (yesterday's blog), and your vocab flash cards.

Math 6/7: Complete p. 308-310 in the worktext. We will have a quiz tomorrow on the metric system. You should know the commonly used units for weight, mass, and capacity. Know the benchmarks for these units (class-notes and notes in worktext). Also you will need to convert by moving the decimal point.
