Mon., 5/12 - SSR Sustained Silent Reading using "Before," "During,"
and "After" strategies. This week's theme is "Choose Your Own." In
their journals, students think about something that is important to them and they choose what they want to write about this week.
(B) While they read the students should consider the characters and events
in their book. (D) In their journals, student should write the theme that they have chosen. Next the students should analyze their theme and develop it as a reflection piece.
